If you are a NEW CLIENT, please book a 1:1 free consultation first before placing an order to guarantee a (recurring) coaching slot that is convenient to you.

If you are an EXISTING CLIENT, please confirm your preferred (recurring) session slot in the 'add note' section on your cart page or email me directly using the address provided on your invoice.

Re-scheduling or cancellations of session appointments should be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled date – known as the “cancellation period”. The full session fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within the cancellation period and includes instances where you do not attend the pre-agreed session slot without notice.
