If you are an EXISTING CLIENT, please confirm your preferred recurring session slot in the 'add note' section on the cart page or email me directly using the address provided in your invoice.
Re-scheduling or cancellations of session appointments should be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled date – known as the “cancellation period”. The full session fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within the cancellation period and includes instances where you do not attend the pre-agreed session slot without notice.
